Visa requirments

Hello

I have been given the opportunity to work in Saudi Arabia which I am very pleased about.

Problem is after a life time of law abiding citezenship last year I received a caution for common assault ! this will show on my DBS check as part of the documentation I need to submit for my Visa application.

I can't find anything definitive on line if this caution will result in an automatic negative result.

Am I worrying to much ?
