1. my main question is: is it best to rent or buy? I figure I can invest in property and eventually use as a vacation home.
2. where is the best and safest area to live (away from tourists)?
3. what has been the biggest expense living in DR?
4. Does anyone work for a US company and solely work online?
5. I don't drive, but my fiancé does. Do I need a car to live in DR?
