What to do when a loved one dies in CR

Hello everyone,
I know that this is a very sad subject.
My daughter keeps asking us to give her some instructions about what to do or whom to call in case something would happen to us.
Actually I myself don't know too much about this matter.
I know some of our friends in this Forum went through this experience recently and it may be hard for them to talk abut this.
In Canada I believe that the funeral home takes care of almost everything.
I think we have to inform the Government from where the pensions come from and show them a death certificate. Where do we get a death certificate?
Do they give any copies?-In our case we would have to inform 2 different Governments (outside of Costa Rica).
We have a will for our children here in Costa Rica and in Canada.
I heard that everyone who dies in their home must have an autopsy.
I don't even know how to contact whomever is in charge of funerals.
Not sure if they do cremations here in my area.
This is not a happy subject but is reality.
Thanks to all.
