Want to share a lovely apartment in Lavington?

I have found a lovely, brand-new 3-bed apartment in Lavington and I am in the process of furnishing it. I will be moving in by mid-November. I am looking for one roommate.

Location –
- Off Gatanga Road. Short walk (2-5 minutes) from the Law Society of Kenya, the Kenya Human Rights Commission and Valley Arcade shopping Centre.
- Short drive away from Yaya Centre and the range of international organizations in that neighbourhood
- Suitable for people who want to access Kilimani, Westlands, Gigiri areas without town traffic
- Good jogging area

- Large closets for clothes

- Spacious living area
- Open plan kitchen with granite counters
- Dhobi area for washing
- Balcony

- Car parking space

- 24 hour security

- satellite TV and DSTV cable-ready
- internet – I have purchased an extra wireless connection, you simply pay for usage
- Pool and gym under construction.

Costs
Ksh 36,000 a month. We will split bills (electricity and water)
Me- Phd researcher, female
You- responsible, clean, preferably female.
Looking for short-term ( 2-3 months), longer stays are possible and can be discussed.
