Looking for Telecom Work...ANYWHERE

Hi Fellow Professionals

Iam an ExPat Telecom Consultant Engineer who has been trying
to find Telecom work in Bahrain, UAE,GCC,Middle-Eastern countries or even ANYWHERE for
a while now but not having much luck. Can anyone offer me any sound unbiased advise on exactly where to look for. I have applied via numerous international agencies as well as local agencies and responded to their adverts but I
did not even get a courtesy acknowledgement. I know for a fact there are a lot of scammers out there and so far I have avoided them. Your advice will
be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

Kjahled
