Wonderful apartment for rent in St. Petersburg/SpB Russia

Wonderful quiet top apartment with a view on a green area full of trees (most of the view is going in the direction of one of the water reservoirs of St. Petersburg) located in the center directly in front of the Smolny Cathedral.

The apartment is situated in the 4th (last) floor - so you are looking over the trees - and it is very light - the car can be parked secure directly in the yard, there is also a good security door and only 4 apartments/floor in the house. Close to the apartment there are busses taking you into the city, many parks, restaurants, some faculties of the university or some consulats (Austrian, German, British...). There are also some food shops close to the apartment (cheap ones and also 24/7) and there is not a lot of traffic in this area as the traffic is more around Nevsky or other streets and not so much in this area. Moreover it is a really secure and clean area cause the apartment is directly in front of the major hall in Smolny. Most wonderful is to take a walk in the afternoon around Smolny and enjoy the nice atmosphere and the parks around there.

The apartment: 46 m², 3 rooms (living room/kitchen, sleeping room, small guest/working room), it is very light (cause of big windows) and has a good floor plan and a lot of storage (waredrobes etc.). Everything was done new in 2006 and constantly renewed. The whole apartment furniture (a lot form Ikea, but also other things), the floor (oak parquet floor), the kitchen (with good kitchen equipment and home appliances (Siemens, Bosch, Miele, etc.) is european top standard. The heating was done new (central heating + extra heating and also extra water boiler and filters). You can have internet or use the new UMTS/3G to connect with your friends. There is a small balcony to sit outside or to freeze the wine ;).

Mainly we rennovated it for ourselves to use it when we are in St. Petersburg - but as we are now really more in Vienna and using another apartment when we are in St. Petersburg we are planning to rent it .
