About the area

The Silom and Sathorn road areas are in the heart of the Central Business District as are the beautiful gardens of Lumpini Park. The pace here is fast and very business like yet peaceful in the evening.

Situated along Sathorn road are embassies and head offices of many financial institutions. Similarly, along Silom road are the head offices of local banks, law firms and multinational corporations.

The property is situated on the Convent Road, the road that intersects between the Silom and Sathorn roads. Access in and out of the area is extremely easy and facilitated by 2 Bangkok sky trains and an expressway.

Also, the property is situated 5 minutes walk from the St Joseph's convent School, one of the most prestigious primary and secondary schools in Thailand, that take pupils from the age of 5 to 18 (grade 1 to grade 12).

From 6:00 PM onwards, along Silom Road are numerous street bazaars selling everything from cloths, to watches and souvenirs. To complete your entertainment options, there's a good choice of pubs, bars, and restaurants and Patpong is just around the corner. There are many department stores in the area. The largest supermarket in the area, Tesco Lotus, is about 1 mile away from the property.
