Pain Management & Opioids

Hello in Uruguay!

I am a retired man (63 yrs old/young?) looking to escape a bad & growing worse situation in the U.S. Our government has decided they know more about good healthcare than the Doctors that practice medicine. (absolutely incredible!) After being in the care of a Pain Management Specialist for over 23+ years (the same Doctor; mind you); being prescribed Morphine Sulfate Extended release (MS Contin) along with Morphine Sulfate Instant release (MSIR) for breakthrough pain, successfully & without problems: now I am being looked at as if I have a drug problem and I am an addict..What the !?!? I am trying to find a Central American country that does not interfere with their Medical Doctor's ability to treat their patients or their pharmacies ability to provide medicine to people according to the Doctor's prescription.
Can anyone in Uruguay let me know what the attitudes of their Doctors & pharmacies are, about the prescribing of Opioids and the availability of such? Any suggestions about this subject will be really appreciated as will being pointed in another direction.
Anyone at all! Please.
Thank You & Regards,
MaddMatt
