Additionally, expats should be aware that the cost of living in Abidjan is relatively high, so it is important to budget accordingly. It is also important to be aware of the local customs and culture, as well as the security situation in the city. Finally, expats should research the availability of healthcare and other services in the city before moving," remarked one expat in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
