We asked expats in Bahamas if they have access to public healthcare in Bahamas. And, if they do have access, what is it like. They wrote...

"Yes, as a foreigner living in the Bahamas, you will have access to public healthcare. The public healthcare system in the Bahamas is generally considered to be of good quality, with a wide range of services available. The government provides free healthcare to all citizens and permanent residents, and there are also a number of private healthcare providers available. The public healthcare system is well-funded and staffed by experienced and qualified medical professionals," commented one expat who made the move to Bahamas.
