Buying a Car in Mexico

I am moving to Queretaro next month from the USA. I had to turn in my car lease here. I was wondering if I should buy a car here and import or buy in Mexico. I heard it is hard to get credit there if you are an expat. If I do buy in Mexico, can I bring it back to the states when our assignment is over (3-5 years)? Any advice appreciated.
