Bring a tiny house to Ajijic

After the last two mass shootings in the U.S. I (who have wanted to leave for a long, long time) want to buy a tiny house and for a few around the summer stay in Canada and around the winter stay in this place in Mexico (was worried about the language, as felt I was too old to learn a new language well, but English is no problem there and the crime until I learned that for a YEAR only about 100 Americans are killed there, less than two mass shootings in the U.S.!) I know that in Canada where I can situate it but what about Mexico or maybe just bring a Sealander there if possible, and live in there?
