Puerto Vallarta Neighborhoods

Which neighborhoods in Puerto Vallarta have the most expats? My husband is a native Spanish speaker and I am learning Spanish so it is not a language issue. He is from Latin America and I have traveled there. So, it is not an issue of not wanting to live with Mexican nationals -- we don't want to live only around expats. However, we are trying to figure out which neighborhoods are best for expats. Thanks.
