Motorcycle license for a 150cc bike in Jalisco

Hello!

Do I need a motorcycle licence if I want to ride a 150cc bike in the state of Jalisco?

I'm kind of confused...getting different information on the topic!

For example this site of the government talks about a "new" licence for a motocycle with a motor greater than 250 cc.....but does that mean I don't nead any licence if I ride 250 cc's or less?
