Info on Guanajuato

If you have or are living in or stayed in Guanajuato for an extended time I would appreciate your thoughts of life and living there. Years ago I lived in the Lake Chapla area and would like a larger community but without a large Expat community. I would like a place where Espats are not so overwhelming in the community.

I love Mexican culture, food, and the people. I also prefer nights in the 50-6oish degrees. Rain does not bother me as I enjoy it and walking in it.
