About Pacific Lots and Homes of Costa Rica

Steve is a broker of properties in Costa Rica as well as the international sales manager of Pacific Lots and Homes of Costa Rica. The Pacific Lots developments are located in the southern Pacific region of Costa Rica. This area is the most bio diverse area in Costa Rica and home to more lowland tropical forest than anywhere in Central America. Noted for flora and fauna, over half of the southern region of Costa Rica is national park. This area is noted for abundant clean water, low crime, a temperate climate and beautiful beaches. Pacific Lots boasts a 25 year history in Costa Rica with hundreds of homes and thousands of owners. Their developments are the largest and oldest in the country, encompassing land holdings of over 13,000 acres. They have built 17 phases of home sites including the largest master planned gated community in Costa Rica, with over half of the phases completely sold out. Although we are the largest builder of custom homes in Costa rica, owners have no time limit in which they must build, can hire any builder of their choice or even build their own home if they want. The developments are also located near the newest hospital in Costa Rica, the Hospital de Osa, an 80,000-square-foot facility. There''s a proposed new international airport in the planning stage for this region. With beautiful beaches, amazing scenery and a spectacular mountain backdrop, this is where many expats are now choosing to locate. Lots start at $40,000 and all are fully improved with road, water, and electric. Ocean view lots start at about $70,000 and financing is available. Turnkey home land packages are available with air conditioning and granite finishes starting at $155,000. Four Day all inclusive tours are offered by the company 3 to 4 times per month at a cost of just $299 per person. During Covid19 we are limiting our tours to 6 guests max. You can see the tour dates on our website at www.PacificLots.com. We also offer 10 day tours that start in San Jose, Costa Rica and end in Panama City, Panama. Once a Covid19 vaccine is released we will return to offering our 10 day tours. Steve also brokers investment and development parcels so if there''s something you are specifically looking for, contact him directly.
