Moving to Copenhagen from London - any tips?

We are moving to CH from london in January and I am simply going crazy trying to think of what I should be packing to bring over. We are moving the entire house and it seems to cost a bomb.
I would really appreciate
*any advice you can give me on what you wish you had brought over from London, incl foodstuff
*your personal experiences of the move
*what I should be leaving behind,
etc
I am bringing over thousands of my books thinking I'll never see anything printed in english again, except on my ipad! Am I overreacting?
