What are the pros and cons of living in Uganda?

Expats, digital nomads and retirees living in Uganda responded:

"Expats and digital nomads living in Uganda often appreciate the country's friendly people, diverse culture, and stunning natural beauty. They also enjoy the low cost of living, which allows them to stretch their budget further. On the other hand, some expats and digital nomads may find the lack of reliable internet access and infrastructure to be a challenge. Additionally, the country's political and economic instability can be a source of concern," explained one expat living in Uganda.

"The town appears nice to visitors but it has a lot of hidden and underlying issues. I don't recommend moving and living here," said one expat in living in Jinja, Uganda.
