Have reliable transportation options and an understanding of the local public transportation system. Understand the laws and regulations in Constanta and ensure that you have the correct documentation before moving. Familiarize yourself with the weather and prepare for sudden changes in temperature and humidity. Research the local attractions and places to go in the area. Learn about the area’s history and culture and be ready to embrace the local customs. Know local safety tips and be aware of areas to avoid. Contact the local authorities before you move and find out what documents you need to provide in order to legally reside in the city," said one expat who made the move to Constanta.
