Dining out is also quite reasonable, with a meal at an inexpensive restaurant costing less than what one might expect to pay in a more metropolitan area. Transportation costs in La Paloma are also quite low. Public transportation is readily available and affordable, and the cost of gasoline is reasonable for those who prefer to drive. Healthcare in La Paloma is of good quality and is also reasonably priced. Both public and private healthcare options are available, with private health insurance being quite affordable.
