"The cost of living in Alexandroupoli is considered to be relatively affordable compared to other European cities. Housing and rental prices are quite reasonable, especially when compared to larger cities like Athens. The cost of groceries and dining out is also relatively low, making day-to-day living quite affordable. Utilities such as electricity, heating, cooling, and internet are also reasonably priced. Public transportation is also quite affordable, although owning and maintaining a car can be more expensive due to high petrol prices.
