Learn about the healthcare system: Familiarize yourself with the Philippine healthcare system, including the process for obtaining health insurance and the costs associated with prenatal care and childbirth. 5. Attend prenatal classes: Prenatal classes can help you prepare for childbirth and parenthood, as well as connect with other expectant parents in the area. 6.
