Familiarize yourself with local customs and practices: Understanding local customs and practices related to pregnancy and childbirth can help you feel more comfortable and prepared for the experience. 4. Learn about the healthcare system: Familiarize yourself with the Philippine healthcare system, including the process for obtaining health insurance and the costs associated with prenatal care and childbirth. 5. Attend prenatal classes: Prenatal classes can help you prepare for childbirth and parenthood, as well as connect with other expectant parents in the area. 6. Prepare necessary documents: Ensure that you have all the necessary documents, such as passports, visas, and birth certificates, in order to register your baby's birth and obtain citizenship. 7.
