The local health center has been providing regular updates on the situation and has been offering free testing and treatment for those who need it. The local government has also been providing support to the health center, including additional funding and resources. In addition, the local community has been very supportive of the health center, with many people volunteering their time and resources to help out. Overall, the healthcare system in Mal Pais has been doing a good job of responding to the pandemic and providing the necessary care and support to the local community," explained one expat living in Mal Pais, Costa Rica.
