Upscale Condo for Short Term Lease in Fort Bonifacio Global City

We are a foreign family living in Manila but will be staying in our second home while our son is on summer vacation. So we are letting our condo in the prestigious Fort Bonifacio Global City for short term lease.

Minimum lease would be 2 weeks up to 3 months during the dates of 27 June - 26 Aug 2010, as we prefer to move back into the condo when our son returns to school at the nearby International School, but we are flexible due to our special circumstances of owning 2 houses in Manila. This would be ideal for incoming families with students registering for the new school year and needing temporary accommodation until they find a permanent lease.

This is an upscale 3 bedroom 130 sqm unit specially catered to international needs that are hard to find in condos in Manila... such as running hot water in the kitchen faucet (oh yes, most condos here don't find hot water in the kitchen necessary!) and an automatic dishwashing machine (so hard to find in condo's here).

The master bedroom & ensuite is huge by condo standards and has a separate bathtub and large shower.... and the toilet is in its own separate room. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet with a desk in front of the floor to ceiling window that is perfect for a makeup area or computer work station ... you choose! The walk in closet also has room for baby changing station if you have an infant, it is that large! The master bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the Manila golf course and stunning skyline views of Makati ... the best view in Manila!

The open living /dining area also has floor to ceiling views of the golf course and Makati skyline. Kitchen has 2 meter high double pantry, large ref and granite countertops.

The 2 small bedrooms share the 2nd bathroom and are roomy at 14sqm each and also have stunning views of the Ortigas skyline, no buildings are hindering any views in all directions! Separate laundry and maids area has its own bathroom. Beautifully furnished throughout.

Located in the prestigious Fort Bonifacio Global City where the British, Japanese & American International Schools are located. High end shopping is a 10 min pleasant walk to High Street, the best hospital in the country is nearby. 5 mins drive to Makati CBD.

This condo unit comes with one car park, condo building has pool and well equipped gym.
