hey all.....hope you all had a blesses easter...........ok....after moving to the philippines,ive been told that the goy wants a payment every mo ,that the expat stays there...then after thay extort set amount from you...then you can aply for citizenship ?? what is this all about...??..and what kind of $$ are we talking about...sum....it gos with out saying that my wife is a philippino.....can i just find the right guy to pay off...and get it all done....??? thanks for the input............mel
