Surplus Suzuki Brand Mini-Vans

I was wondering about the quality in buying a new Suzuki brand Mini-Van. I could buy one new 2012 model for 190,000-200,000 pesos in Lapu Lapy City, Mactan Island Cebu. Its about $4750 American dollars. It just sounds too good to be true. The seller owns a new car lot and has them in stock with manual and automatic transmissions. Can anyone tell me the drawbacks if any about buying one. He says he personally goes to Japan twice a year and re-stocks his inventory and that business is brisk. They come in a variety of colors but I think they might also come with a variety of problems and headaches. Please help me with valid information if possible. Thanks.
