looking for a place with good internet

Hello all,
I really need some help. I am looking for a 1 bedroom apartment or condo that won't cost an arm and a leg in Manila that has good internet service. ( Can a foreigner apply for globe internet home service not Tattoo ? )

I currently pay 17500 a month for a 2 bedroom with garage in Marikina city but I can not seem to find internet in this area. Would like to move to a better area.
