VA Medical Services in the PHILIPPINES

I am finding conflicting information regarding the VA medical services that are available in Manilla and throughout the islands. According to the VA website, there is a full VA hospital facility in Manilla, but others have said it is just a clinic. I would love to hear from someone who has first hand knowledge of the facilities that are available.
I am planning on moving to Moaboal next year.
