I do not want everyone to repeat all the information that has been posted in the past , but I am moving to Bacolod to at least begin my retirement. If I like it I will stay and if not..OK.. what I will be looking for if I do like it is a condo that has builder financing with 0 down.. nothing too fancy.. but are there any in Bacolod.. I have seen these spread around other places. Also a good recommendation for a realtor or lawyer...maybe both. The reason for the Codo is for ease of Visa.. this si what I understand will help without marrying.. I am not comming there for a wife just a better quality of life.. I was married for 25 years.. so I will relax a little while.. If i meet someone great.. but just not on my mind for now. any help appreciated ..Thanks email [email protected]
