need some help

I am an fairly extreme introvert, to make it worse I am also a pretty extreme procrastinator, I am in a unique position to retire and maybe live on a beach and travel a little. What I need would be basically a personal assistant. Is there a reputable hiring firm that I could hire someone and what would be the best way to do it?
