Suggestions for finding a maid

I will be moving to Talisay Cebu in a few days, one of the first things I want to do is hire a maid as cleaning/cooking is one of my least favorite things. Wondering if anyone could give me some tips on how to find a maid.

Age really doesn't matter long as they know how to clean / cook. Live in maid preferred at 4k a month.

I have tried calling two agencies in Cebu, but they feel very shady to me, seems like they just say yes to everything.
