Getting Police Clearance Certificate

I am here now in Phoenix, AZ trying to get mine authenticated with help from Phils Consulate General in LA, Calif. I was able to obtain a Letter of Clearance from Phoenix Police Dept - Public Records Section, without having to request one from FBI. Phils Consulate General in LA, Calif asked for full name of "signing officer" on the letter, even though, the letter had been notarized. It is not an easy process here in AZ to get the Police Clearance Certificate, and then, get it authenticated at the Phils Consulate General in LA, Calif. Email add: [email protected]
