either the power out or less than 220 volts this is the norm, Internet on & off like cable TV it's just the way it is. I don't know what the long run impact of appliances running on 175 volts instead of the stated 220 I'm no electrical engineer. I can't help but think it negatively would impact their longeivity. part of the provinces.Bill
