Land Purchase Update

Following up on my posting about buying land in Tagaytay I went to the Highlands on Saturday and ended up buying a interesting 400sqm piece of land close to the 4th tee (which I can see) on the Midlands Golf Course.
Now to find a REAL architect and builder whom I can trust to build the house while I am overseas :).
