Car Rental Davao City or Tagum City

Hello, I am looking to rent a car in either Davao City or Tagum City July 15 looking for suggestions on the best place to rent a vehicle, I will be there through August 8, and before anybody pointed out :), I have an driven both cities, while Davao has some kind of traffic regulation and traffic lights Tagum appears to be a anything goes at the intersection city, any recommendations on renting a vehicle small vehicles find would be fine would be appreciated.
