community associations of foreign countries

I don't know if it is ok to post this here. But I really need a help.

Are ther any community associations of foreign countries?
I know only one. It is Korean. They have offices every city, and also have their own website, newspapers, and magazines.

There are many foreigners staying here in the Philippines. Some of them must have their own way to communicate with each other.

I have a business here and want to advertise my business.
I think it wouild be nice if I post or put an ad in their papers or websites they have.

If you know any kind of associations here, please tell me what it is, and how to contact them. PLZ~~~
