Living in Manila with my family

I am planning to move to the Phillipines in a few years and I am trying to prepare myself and my 8 year old daughter and my 14 year old son. There mom lives here in the states and was born here. she us trying to look into dual citizenship and will move with us. Realistically how much am I looking to have to budget each month to live in Manila and send my son to college and my daughter to a good school in Manila or near to it? Any and all info would be greatly appreciated.
