How Do You Choose?

Okay, so in the search engine I put in the physical features I am attracted to on Cupid and Pinalove. I like 5'1 or lower, and less the 105 lbs, with black hair, Asian, petite or slender, non smoker, Attractive or very attractive, and with or without kids... I now have it down to about 5,000 women. Clearly I need more filters, or I have found the biggest candy store in the world. :) I admire you guys that have found your one and only!!! Which filters would you add? Thanks!

Goslig
  8/23/2019 10:15 EST

mattinnorfolk You have found the best candy store in the world. My advice to you is come here first. Use Facebook to search once you connect with a few on the other meet-up dating sites. In Cebu City, speed dating is popular. Check it out on YouTube. That’s a fast and furious way to hook up. Several times a week I see your exact preference with a foreigner and she is showing lots of loving affection and attention to him as well. Just remember it’s your status as a provider that puts you at the top of the food chain. Many Filipina’s will choose a foreigner over a Filipino because many working stiffs are too cheap or have to become OFW’s to support their partner. Many like to be players as well. But if you get married, understand that the rules here are completely different and just a spicy chat on Messenger is considered adultery, and can get you put in jail and/or deported.

Mattin - out of those 5K women without kids , probably 200-300 have no kids in reality . The would be my guess . the kid(s) are with the sister or relative in the province .

Welcome to the RP ! HA!!!

Its great meeting gals here , BUT many have children when they are young . Not like in the west when they want kids at 35-40 now and wonder why is a problem pregnancy .... Of course on there 3rd marriage !

On Cupid, add the word "chest" to a keyword search and what you get back are all those who answer "my Chest" to the question as to their best feature. They should know and that is a fun pool to play around in.

My personal Pinay, in GenSan sadly, has both plus an incredible attitude. She's a 10 on all lists I think - maybe 9.5 to some of the lower IQ people but not less. One of her butt pix is just beautiful in its curvatures and with her tanned body stunning. Too bad I can't post it.

mattinnorfolk

Yes it’s probably better if you send it to me via email, just kidding, do you mind telling me how old she is and how old you are? Trying to figure out the age difference, and what’s best to focus on. I am 62 look about 56 still brown, hair still there, and a fit athletic build as a lifter. I don’t want to be too aggressive but I don’t want to be under price myself either . If I cut half and add seven years that gets me to 38 and above? Is that crazy ? Thanks.

I would add "no kids" unless you want a ready-made family. Also, HS or better education.

Thanks, but when women have children at a younger age, my experience has been the sex can still be great because their body snaps back better then 35 years. I know its not PC, but this is my experience, and their children are older.

"But if you get married, understand that the rules here are completely different and just a spicy chat on Messenger is considered adultery, and can get you put in jail and/or deported."

Probably true for non- filipinos but if your a filipino you can get married have 3 kids then abandon your wife for another women have a few kids with her....mean while the first wife has no means of support and cant even get a straight forward annulment to get out of her marriage for a chance to find someone....RP laws are outdated, controlled by the Catholic Church and the good ole boy politician network who likes it this way for their own needs.

divenut1959 Every Filipino watched the Raffu Tulfo show, a YouTube sensation. Filipino guys busted, just a little “evidence” needed. They have two ways to get off: (1) convert to Muslim; (2) pay off. A friend of my wife gets $100,000 pesos per month pension as a pay off so her husband and his girlfriend don’t go to jail for two years. Annulments are extremely difficult to get now. The can cost upwards of 300,000 pesos and take over three years. Most Filipino’s can’t afford that. Better to pay off the wife.

mattinnorfolk
  8/24/2019 15:38 EST

Obviously this could be an individual issue, but some cultural in the west. O have not been there so not knowledgeable but I am very about Colombia. The guys dress better, shine shoes, clean shower and cologne and the women perhaps because they want to look and smell good seem more into it then USA in most cases . I am sort to offend, I don’t want to do that to the forum.

Tsmslf
  8/24/2019 15:50 EST

Ugh! Cologne for men? Except for a dab of Aqua Velva or Old Spice after shave, cologne guys usually wear gold chains, have hairy chests they expose along with greasy hair. That's the Beverly Hills stereotype of an Iranian male. Didn't know it described Columbians too.
As for the mystery phrase, I'm still at sea.

mattinnorfolk
  8/24/2019 15:58 EST

They are not like that really, maybe a chain or something gold somewhere, and I splash a little light cologne on for a date and keep my shoes shined decently, collared shirt at night. It’s a heavily influenced more by Spanish culture then lots of Latin America, with most pure Spanish outside of Spain. I love how the women try to look fem and good before they walk at the door. It requires patience on the guys part. I assume island culture, so more laid back dress code there.. I’ve watching YouTube’s from there and one guy said only bring t shirts, shirts and flip flops there.

TSM- so funny .!!!. LMAO . on the heavily cologne guys. YUK!!! Yep usually Hairy , under bathes/washed , Iranians ( that like to call themselves Persians BTW, try and find Persia on the map!?. HA!! ) . That or South Asians trying to play Businessman, with a few bucks in there pocket.

I know a 5-6 “Bank Guy” . Yep South Asian too. I can hardly stand being in his company. A huge scent of BO- intertwined with very fake Heavy Hugo Boss cologne bought in Manila , all this with the humidity baking the scents into everything.

The 5-6 business is seedy. But if you need something done or where to get something done , Harginder is your man. Just don’t loan money from him . Bad things happen quick if you don’t pay it back I hear. The life expectancy of 5-6 guys are short , as families snuff them , before they ask for the monthly/ weekly payment .

New guys to RP - never take a loan or do loans with a 5-6 “bank” . Loaning money is like land issues in the RP . Can get you shot / knifed or worse ... your family.

Surf - more environmentalists are murdered (and their families) here than anywhere else in the world. The whole country is choking under one use plastic. Littering is epidemic. Yet there is one city that banned one use plastic. When grocery shopping, they individually wrap many items in plastic bags, then double plastic bags for carrying. Garbage collection is weird. There are dump locations where the trucks come and clean up. We used to get guys on pedal tricycles that would weigh our plastic, cardboard and metal recycle and offer money we let them keep. Neighbours burn garbage and garden waste in the road. The air pollution is much worse than Vancouver Island.

Thanks Dark but I prefer to just visit and not enter the frey. As he does so often and way ahead of his time Bob Dylan explained my stance years ago.

"Half-wracked prejudice leaped forth, "rip down all hate, " I screamed
Lies that life is black and white spoke from my skull, I dreamed
Romantic facts of musketeers foundationed deep, somehow
Ah, but I was so much older then, I'm younger than that now"

Larry - Thanks for that Dylan reference. I remember The Byrds version well - so beautiful with those harmonies. A true testament - among 10,000 songs he wrote - to the Genius of Bob Dylan. His words were so brilliantly knit together. Surprisingly, he said that he wasn't a song composer - but used melodies as merely a platform for his poetry. Well, his poetry IS amazing - but I disagree on the music part. His melodies are a PEFECT marriage to his lyrics. I love his terrible vocals - because he is such an incredible communicator. But then again, what about when others sing his works? The Byrds? All Along The Watchtower - Jimi Hendrix - still one of the greatest Rock productions ever! I couldn't stand Guns and Roses - until I heard them sing "Knock Knock Knocking' On Heaven's Door" - then I gave them a chance - and realized that they were much better than I originally thought. I have a very large hard bound book of Dylan's lyrics with accompanying drawings. What about Blonde On Blonde, Nashville Skyline, an endless Parade of culture changing songs and albums? There are always a handful of people that change the World either culturally (Dylan, The Beatles, Elvis, Hendrix, George Lucas, etc), Politically, Medicinally, or Technologically (Steve Jobs, Wozniak, Alexander Graham Bell, Tesla, Edison, Einstein, etc.)

totally agree. I joined as an English expat, married to a Filipina and hoping to make contact with other expats during my annual 2 months in Bonifacio Global City. I assumed that with literally thousands of newly built apartments in this area, there must be many expats - from UK, USA, Australia etc,. who may share common interests, or know of local clubs in or near that area.. I use F/bk to discuss and argue about politics.

My choice was between my African beauty (passionate but violent) and a Filipina some 20 years ago. I made the right choice in Philippines and have been happily married since. However, I was warned "when you marry a filipina, you marry her family" and I have to add "and their problems", Also when they become expats (in UK) they are incline towards constant partying and long rambling phone calls, so start out with a tough policy of'calling the shots socially..

Try to find a lady who has worked abroad. So you do not get into hearing excuses about trash on the street. Etc.
Just say NO!!!!! Every time!!! You will find out how she reacts when her family asks for money, ( u r just a bullseye for these peeps) or any other requests.
Do not stay with her or her family the first time you come here!!! REDFLAG no. 1 if she offers you any rooms etc.
Tell her before you stay together, she does does all the bookeeping. That is rocket science to them. These filipinas have a very short attention span.
No kids, no parents, grand parents, cousins, aunts , uncles living within 1000 miles of her. They are money hungry vampires. You will expected to pay for land, houses, businesses, hospital bills, accidents etc, etc.
They do NOT know how to pay back money.
Do NOT get involved wiwth a religous nutcase. There are lots of scammy religions here that suck money out of these gullible people.
NEVER reveal your money or assets.

I keep reading posts like yours and then posts and articles about the best reason to move to the Phils is the wonderful native people.

There's a disconnect somewhere.

My personal experience is limited to single ladies who, eventually, ask me for money. Not one exception if the contact was continuous for a month or more. I've also noticed the women fall in love with men they've never met. So far, I've not gotten to meet any of the family though I've been told of sick Moms and Grandmothers and a father with TB. Once there was a body that couldn't be buried as the hospital wouldn't release it till paid. I suggested they sue the hospital for negligence and medical malpractice. I'm a lawyer by profession.

MORGAC......well said!

I think some people just do not realize where these young girls come from and just how poor they are.
So when some foreigner comes here and has some nice clothes wears cologne is GOD Fearing and treats her and her family well it's easy for them to be impressed and maybe even fall in love quickly......and why not. FLIP SIDE, you have some foreigners that come here and abuse these young women and then go back to their country alot of times leaving the girl pregnant.
It is like the hunter stalking his prey.

I would say generally 80% and maybe even higher of the expats are happily married and live the RP.......oh yeah they complain about the traffic etc but I am guessing they also complain about their home country as well.

She subscribed to the catalogue for a bit of fun after her classmate met an American guy that way. I visited her several times before we married in Davao. I used to say that as a joke but it turns out to be a good idea EXCEPT it's very dangerous for a woman alone to try that anymore. I'm also not sure getting a visa to enter Mexico is easy or simple. Hate to see her picked up by Mexican authorities and subjected to Mexican jail or justice.

Robertdav298

TS.......it was a joke? Did you know that our border patrol has picked up people from African countries and middle eastern countries?
That is how porous the border is.

Tsmslf
  8/30/2019 12:04 EST

I said it years ago before Africans began coming in this way as a tease but it also would have worked. It was simpler thana visa for a Pinay to get here.

Of course I know what's happening on the border. I live a little over 100 miles from it, half the people in LA are non-white and most of the non-whites are border crossers. It used to be easy to cross through Mexic0 by car but that has become less safe these days and the cops are always looking for kano drivers to shake down for a little extra cash for reckless driving or whatever. Then the problems were roads and no gas stations/mechanical help if you had a problem. Now it's too dangerous.

Mexico is becoming a better alternative than the PR these days for a retiree and to get back to Medicare country is a lot easier from there than PR. Plus many thousands already do just that so there is a support network as in the PR and the people interaction is okay. Plenty of US mall type places and Big Box stores as well particularly where US firms have re-located. And the dollar-Mex peso rate is good for US people.

Regarding Mexico for retiring: Also, a good place to retire seems to be "Playa del Carmen". A huge number of well educated, English speaking. open minded Beauties reside there, many who seem to have a similar attitude to Pinays. Older guys are not a problem for some of these gorgeous women who just want respect, love, decent "support" and a family life. IF I spoke Spanish - and I do not, and have unsuccessfully tried 3 times to learn - in my mind the number one spot to retire is Costa Rica. Year round weather in the low 70s (Idyllic), beautiful country and beaches, stable government, inexpensive, no typhoons or earthquakes, beautiful women, many who have no issue with marrying older gentlemen. I wish I spoke Spanish!
