Hospital recommendation for maternity care

Hello all, my wife and I (both Irish) are due to move to Thailand next January with our (now) 1 year old son. We have just accepted the position with the company I work for and are due to go on a scouting trip to Bangkok at the end of October.We have just learnt the good news that we will have another baby next May. This will be our first expat trip and the news of the baby is adding to the nerves. I would really appreciate if I could get some feedback on the quality of hospitals, maternity care etc in Bangkok and whether anyone has any recommendations for hospitals, GPs/consultants etc based on past positive experiences.My limited research to date indicates that there are several hospitals with english speaking doctors who provide great care but to hear it from someone on the ground would be great.............
