When we asked people what advice they would give someone preparing to move to Israel, they said:
"Expats should be aware that Israel is a small country with a diverse population. It is important to research the culture and customs of the country before moving there. Expats should also be aware that the official language is Hebrew, although English is widely spoken. It is also important to familiarize oneself with the local laws and regulations, as well as the cost of living. Additionally, expats should be aware that Israel is a very safe country, but it is important to take the necessary precautions to ensure personal safety. Finally, expats should be aware that Israel is a very welcoming country and there are many opportunities to make friends and explore the country," replied a member in Israel.
