What is a typical expat home or apartment like in Atlanta?

Many of the apartments and homes feature high-end finishes such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. Many of the homes and apartments are located in vibrant neighborhoods with easy access to public transportation, shopping, and entertainment," remarked one foreigner who made the move to Atlanta.
"Town home, typical for most expats is apartment/flat/townhome. Note, a townhome in the states is about the size of a normal street street house in Europe, mine is 2,500sq ft, which is 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms kitchen dining and living rooms," explained one person living in Atlanta, US.
