Is there a lot of crime in Annecy?

Answer this Question

We asked people if there is a lot of crime. They answered...

"Annecy is generally considered a safe city with a low crime rate. However, like any other city, it is not completely free from crime. Petty crimes such as pickpocketing and theft can occur, particularly in crowded tourist areas. Violent crimes are relatively rare, and the overall atmosphere in Annecy is peaceful and secure. It is always advisable for visitors and residents to take basic safety precautions, such as being aware of their surroundings and keeping personal belongings secure," commented one expat who made the move to Annecy, France.
