Will I need to travel to see a specialist?

Answer this Question

When we asked members in Jeddah if they typically need to travel to see specialists, they replied...

"Yes, there are a good number of medical specialists in Jeddah. People in Jeddah have access to a wide range of medical specialists, including cardiologists, neurologists, oncologists, and orthopedic surgeons. For highly specialized medical care, people in Jeddah typically go to King Abdulaziz University Hospital, King Fahd Hospital, or the King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre. These hospitals are well-equipped with the latest medical technology and have highly trained medical staff," remarked another expat who made the move to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
