We asked people living in El Salvador to list three things they wish they had brought and three they wish they had left behind. They responded...

"When moving to El Salvador, it is important to pack clothing suitable for the climate. Lightweight, breathable fabrics are best for the hot and humid weather. It is also important to bring a good supply of sunscreen and insect repellent. Additionally, it is a good idea to bring a first aid kit, as well as any necessary medications. It is also important to bring a valid passport and any other necessary documents. Finally, it is a good idea to bring a few items from home to make the transition easier," wrote a member who made the move to El Salvador.
