Moving To France

My family is thinking of moving to France and I'd love to get some advice, especially if it came off someone who's already made this move! There would be me, my younger brother, father and mother.
I'm 19, have no set career and speak basic french. My father has a set career but doesnt't speak french.
Does anyone know the ups and downs of finding work in France, like how to go about it, wheres best to start looking, etc.

If someone could give me any helpful advice i would be really grateful, especially, like i said, if it came off someone who had already done what we are thinking of doing!
