Moving to Karlsruhe with 2 kids

Hi, I am a Filipina mother of 2 and will be moving to Karlsruhe end of the year for a job opportunity. I wanted to find out if the tax covers my kid's education, our medical and my pension. Any tips and advise for a newcomer will be much appreciated.
