Where to buy Vitamins in Lapu Lapu City

Does someone know where I can buy vitamins off the shelf in Lapu Lapu, Cebu Philippines? I had to go to a pharmacy and buy them one at a time in packets. They sell them in tear away packets like lottery tickets. What the heck is that. I was so insulted that I refused to buy them that way. Is there a store similar to Walmart or the like where I can view selections in small bottles like in the U.S. and buy them in 50, 100, 250 per count quantities or bottles? You know what I mean. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
