more bang for the buck...

hello everyone.....
just a thought.....as i have been looking at land and homes in the PH for the last few years,what has become very obvious to me 1 price of nice land going up 2 hard to find the right sizes ...my point is this....coming together with other expats buying a large peace of ground and divide it up..we will be back in the PH in june and july ...were have i bean looking...dumaguttie,bahol,orragota city.. edge of town on the water or walking dist to it...land must have large amount of coconut and some other fruit ,for me at least 1.5 hectors good water,just off main rd....if this sounds like what your looking for let me know...we can talk it over......oh...im no high roller....thats why i cant afford a 10 hector peace......thank you...
