Where are the Best Beach Condos in Phillipines ?

Hi
My wife and I are looking to buy an apartment which we would use as a holiday home for about 10 weeks a year and then rent out as a holiday let the rest of the year.

I will be visiting the Philippines in April and am looking for suitable areas.

We would like ideally somewhere with good beaches, views, safe (security at condo). ideally good snorkelling nearby.

On the Internet I have looked at Boracay but there doesn't seem too many condos. Cebu ( eg Reef condo) looks good.

Budget about $300000 US to $450000.

I would really appreciate others advice on good locations
