invitation letter for my Ph. GF

I will send an invitation letter to my GF in Cebu soon. We met 6 years ago in Phs, and I have visited her there on 4 occasions. We have travelled together to Bali, Singapore and Vietnam on my last visit. We also travelled together around the Phs. I am 63 and she 35. Any help to get her a visitors visa to Canada is welcome. If anyone out there has any similar experience ur advice will be appreciated. She owns her own house in Cebu and has a 15 year old daughter. She is unemployed.
